Reviewing a game like Super Smash Bros. is almost an exercise in frivolity. Nintendo's fighting game mushpot of its signature franchises is legend for uniting — and dividing — friends under the glow of one television. But the 2014 edition is taking some big risks with the franchise, which was a top selling title for every Nintendo console it landed on. Now Super Smash Bros. is traveling to unfamiliar territory: it's going portable. Viewing the game as a whole is almost like trying to spectate one of its more rambunctious battles.

Microsoft Xbox One Set To Launch In China On September 29

U.S. software giant Microsoft Corporation said on Tuesday that September 29th is the new launch date for its Xbox One game console in China-- the first launch since a 14-year ban on sales of foreign games consoles was lifted this year. The world's biggest software company gave no reason for the delay in the launch, which was originally scheduled for September 23rd. Microsoft said the Xbox One console will cost $602.76 without the Kinect motion detection system, and $700.53 with Kinect.

Microsoft has delayed the launch of its Xbox One game console in China, which had been set for release on Tuesday, but the world's biggest software company said it would be released by the end of the year. Microsoft did not give a reason for the delay in a statement on Sunday. The delay is the latest in a series of setbacks for Microsoft in China, where it is under investigation for suspected anti-trust violations related to the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.
