Fiberscope.net Introduces their Newest Addition, Triton Industrial Pipe Inspection Camera to their Line of Industrial Push Cameras

January 03, 2013 --

Winnipeg, MB (PRWEB) January 04, 2013

Fiberscope.net is proud to announce that they are now carrying one of the most rugged industrial push cameras available. Push Cameras need to be built tough to withstand the rigors of inspections in dark, dirty, damp and hard to reach places like sewer pipes. These push rods have to stand up to the wear and tear of navigating these conditions, over and over. No one wants to purchase a push camera only to have to repair it after a couple of uses, or to find that it will not reach the smaller hard to reach areas that need to be inspected.

The Triton Pipe Inspection Camera form Fiberscope.net is made with a heavy duty Kevlar braided probe. Kevlar is the same material used in bullet proof vests, and it lends its strength to the push rod. This extremely strong and durable material ensures that the probe on this NTD unit will withstand the rigors of habitual use. The probe which is available in lengths up to 200ft was designed as a solution to the ongoing problem of probes breaking or cracking as they wear out from repetitive use.

The head of the probe with the built in camera is protected by sapphire glass and enclosed in a stainless steel casing with diameter of only 7/8 making this narrow camera head prefect for small inspection areas, and navigating tighter bends than larger camera heads. A 512Hz sonde can also be included in the head of the camera so the position of the camera head can be determined with a locator. These features allow for this camera to inspect in tighter places than units with larger diameter heads.

The Triton Industrial Push Camera from Fiberscope.net offers option to help combat the common problems found with industrial push cameras, that of navigating tight corners, and standing up to the wear of continual use. As more and more industries turn to using NTD technologies for inspections, we will see more and more units built with stronger probes and smaller diameter camera heads. Right now we can look to industry leaders like Fiberscope.net to provide the toughest available products, and know that we can expect more innovations from them in the future.
