Here Comes Peter Cottontail now on DVD

Original and 2005 animated version ready in time for Easter Holiday

Here Comes Peter Cottontail The Original TV Classic that aired in 1971, and Here Comes Peter Cottontail the animated movie (2005) have come to DVD, and just in time for the Easter holiday. The original Here Comes Peter Cottontail tells the tale of Peter Cottontail, who wants to be the chief Easter Bunny, but he has to deal with his nemesis, Evil Irontail first in order to do so. They engage in an Easter egg deliver contest to determine who gets to be the top Easter Bunny and guess who wins? Danny Kaye tells the tale (and he sings too), with Vincent Price as Irontail.

In the animated Here Comes Peter Cottontail, Peter must deal with a female nemesis voiced by Molly Shannon. Other voice talents include Tom Kenny as Peter Cottontail, Junior and Antoine; Roger Moore of James Bond fame, as Irontail; and Christopher Lloyd as Sassafras, the film's narrator.
