Former Staff Sergeant Develops iPhone App for Fellow NCOs

February 13, 2013 --

New York, NY (PRWEB) February 13, 2013

The Army Leader Book iPhone app, developed by former staff sergeant and software engineer Jimmy Ho, announced its launch today in the Apple app store. After serving 9 years as a non-commissioned officer (NCO) in the Army Reserve, including two deployments, Ho used his experience and skills to build a platform that helps leaders take better care of their Soldiers.

The Army Leader Book iPhone app is for use by junior officers and NCOs who supervise Soldiers in the US Army. It organizes Soldier data and provides references to help them perform their leadership duties more efficiently. Its a digital replacement for a sergeants green book.

Ho, the developer of the five-star-rated app, would like his platform to serve as a catalyst for improving relationships between Army leaders and Soldiers.

This app is a labor of love. I focused on taking care of Soldiers and addressing the practical, day-to-day concerns of NCOs and junior officers so that they save time, don't miss deadlines, and have tools and critical information in their hip pocket, says Ho.

The Army Leader Book is available for free on the iPhone App Store at:
